Directions to Heurich Park

From the church parking lot at 17th and O Streets, NW

  • Take Rhode Island Avenue to South Dakota Avenue. Or take the alternate route of North Capital Street to Michigan Avenue and pick up directions from there.
  • Turn left on South Dakota Avenue and follow it to Michigan Avenue
  • Turn right on Michigan Avenue and follow it. It turns into Queens Chapel Road at the PG line.
  • Turn left on Ager Road.
  • Turn right on Nicholson.
  • Turn left into an UNMARKED drive - this leads to field.

Directions to Fields from Baltimore

  • Take I-95 south to the Capitol Beltway. Take the Beltway towards Silver Spring.
  • Get off the Beltway at the New Hampshire Ave. South exit.
  • Follow New Hampshire to Rt 410 (East-West Highwy). Take a left onto 410.
  • Follow 410 past Riggs Road. About 1 block past Riggs Road, 410 breaks to the left. YOU SHOULD KEEP GOING STRAIGHT. You are now on Ager.
  • You will see a sign on your left that says Heurich Park, DO NOT TURN HERE - instead, take your next left onto Nicholson.
  • Take the next left down an UNMARKED road. Follow the road around to the parking lot.

Directions to Fields from Virginia

  • Take the Capitol Beltway over American Legion Bridge to the New Hampshire Ave. South exit.
  • Follow New Hampshire to Rt 410 (East-West Highwy). Take a left onto 410.
  • Follow 410 past Riggs Road. About 1 block past Riggs Road, 410 breaks to the left. YOU SHOULD KEEP GOING STRAIGHT. You are now on Ager.
  • About 1 mile down the road, take a left onto Nicholson.
  • Take the next left down the UNMARKED road, follow it around to the parking lot.

Capitol Beltway over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge

  • After you cross the bridge, take 295N.
  • Continue on 295 until it becomes the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
  • Exit the B-W Parkway at 410 (East-West Highway).
  • Turn left and proceed West on 410.
  • Go about 2.4 miles then turn left onto Queens Chapel.
  • Three blocks after turning onto Queens Chapel, turn right onto Nicholson.
  • Follow Nicholson until it nearly ends and make the LAST RIGHT into an UNMARKED drive - this leads to field.

Through the City

  • Take 395 to 295 North, this will turn into the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Exit at Route 410 (E-W highway).
  • Take a left on 410 W and proceed to Queens Chapel (3 or 4 major lights).
  • Take a left onto Queens Chapel.
  • About 3 blocks after turning onto Queens Chapel, turn right onto Nicholson.
  • Follow Nicholson until it nearly ends and make last right into unmarked drive - this leads to field.
